I'm from Arica and have been traveling to Tacna for years. This place used to have excellent service. However, when you're assigned a room, they don't tell you which one is right below the saunas, so the room is unbearably hot. On another occasion, when discussing internal management issues, the staff argues with the guest, which gives a terrible impression of the place and the service, a stark contrast to the friendliness that people from Tacna have always shown.
