We visited this restaurant for dinner and unfortunately left very disappointed. The atmosphere is beautiful and pleasant, and the staff was outwardly polite. However, it quickly became clear that our table was being treated differently. While other tables received a simple complimentary appetizer, ours did not. We chose not to focus on it at first, as the overall experience still seemed promising. We ordered one starter and two main courses. Shortly after, two other tables arrived — importantly, after we had already placed our order. Our starter arrived, but nearly an hour passed and our main dishes still had not been served, while every table that arrived after us was already eating. When we asked the waiter about the delay, we were told that our food was still being prepared. What made this difficult to believe was the fact that the tables seated after us were already being served the exact same dishes we had ordered. This did not feel like a simple delay. At the end of the meal, who I believe was the manager apologized for the wait and offered us complimentary dessert and tea, which initially seemed thoughtful — until we realized that the same gesture had also been offered to the tables that had been served before us. The explanation simply did not make sense. Instead of acknowledging that our order had likely been mishandled or pushed back, the situation was treated as if it were an ordinary kitchen delay. Additionally, one of our main dishes was the hamburger. At the time, I found it unusually dry and lacking sauce, but assumed it might simply be the restaurant’s style. Later, after looking at photos posted here, I noticed that the burger is normally served with sauces on the side, directly on the plate. Ours was not. It was dry, plain, and incomplete. In the end, what disappointed us most was not the wait itself, but the feeling of being overlooked and not treated with the same care as other guests. Courtesy without genuine attention to the customer does not feel sincere, and unfortunately we did not feel respected in this establishment.
The lamb shank was really good. The location is a bit difficult to find because it's in a plaza with some other restaurants. Google says this place is temporary closed but hopefully still open for other people to enjoy because it was a really good experience.
We had this restaurant for the first meal in Costco and it was so delicious! I ordered the passionfruit pisco sour for drink. My friend and I shared the entrée of grilled alpaca, medium rare. It was so tender and paired with creamy gnocchi. I had the seafood rice with trout ceviche. I like it a little bit spicy but you can’t order non-spicy as well. Very reasonable price for the delicious food and large portion. We sat outside in a beautiful courtyard 10 out of 10.
Alpaca carpaccio and friendliest staff These two things made us come here twice. Meat selection is indeed great. Very tender and juicy. The staff might not speak perfect English but they always tried their best to let us enjoy our dinner
