First time in the city of Cusco and you want to start visiting attractions near the historic center, here we offer you a good option and we explain everything about the City tour in Cusco. First we start with the pick up from your respective hotel near the historic center of Cusco, for this case we have two shifts: morning shift and afternoon shift, if you want to make the tour in the morning shift pickups are made at 8:00 am approx., if you choose the afternoon shift pickups are at 13:00 pm. It is worth mentioning that the tour has a duration of 5 hours approx. We start the trip, our first point to visit is the Temple of Qoricancha (Temple of the Sun), in this place we will have a guided tour for about an hour, then we go to the archaeological center of Sacsayhuaman (Imposing example of Inca military architecture). Continuing with the excursion we will visit the archaeological center of Qenqo this is a ritual center built on a unique limestone outcrop. Later we will visit the red fortress of PukaPukara where the reddish color and the military construction of this place is characterized and finally we will go to the fortress of Tambomachay which is characterized by having a main waterfall which is known as ¨the baths of the Inca¨.
