Description

Day 1: Cusco to Santa Maria We leave between 7:45 am / 8:00 am. Meeting at the reservation office. Our trip begins leaving Cusco with a panoramic view of the city, and then on the way to Chinchero / Ollantaytambo. Where we will take the track on the right bank to ascend to an altitude of 4350 meters above sea level, we will find the Abra Malaga. From this point or better except for the guide's opinion in case of fog, we will descend from the car to take our bicycles. - Where we will begin one of the most beautiful hikes in the world only compared to those of Coroico in Bolivia, we will descend downhill, we will observe the immense valley of the convention of agreement we will descend we will find a different flora from the dry scrub and the strong and tanned haystacks in the height, then a vegetation in temperate zone to finally leave to the vegetation typical of wooded area, we will visit halfway the ruins of inkas what we Wamanmarka-elalmuerzo also in the middle of the road. Finally, after approximately 3 hours of biking we will arrive to the 1430 m.a.s.l. of Santa Maria - our first day of rest in a basic service lodge - dinner - Here we are in the middle of a humid forest and magnificent for its fauna and flora. Day 2: Santa Maria to Santa Teresa After having a breakfast full of vitamins - based on bananas, oranges, papayas and other fruits of the region (juices) we will leave early in search of an unforgettable adventure. We will walk through trails full of vegetation, where we can appreciate the cultivation and harvesting of coffee as well as the sacred plant of the Inka COCA. We will walk along original Inca trails, where we will find the history of the Inca roads now stopped by the post-energetic time of the hike, and having perspired and breathed the purest air in the world, we will have the opportunity to enter the thermal/medicinal baths of Santa Teresa. We will then enter Santa Teresa, where we will take our lunch and rest, when dinner will be the next day. Day 3: Santa Teresa to Aguas Calientes We start walking in search of the hanging bridges as well as crossing the Vilcanota River through an oroya. Where we test our adventure and adrenaline, this is one of the most exciting and fun. We will be able to enjoy the great variety of butterflies, parrots, birds, insects - we will also visit the Inti Watana (Solar Clock). We will have lunch in which we will enjoy plenty of avocado (avocado) of the best quality in the world and typical soups - finally we will arrive to Aguas Calientes, the last resting point, we will have dinner/meeting - here we will be given the last indications for the best day of life visit to Machu Picchu. Day 4: Machu Picchu This day is destined to visit the wonder of the world Machu Picchu, the private guide will have a duration of 3 hours, and then take the train back to Cusco.
