Description
In the morning, be part of a cooking class in a special place, you will arrive at Cala, a restaurant by the sea, with a magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean. Here, participate in a demonstration class of the delicious Causa. The 'Causa': This dish is made from mashed and seasoned potato, creating two tiers that are filled with chicken, tuna, crab, vegetables, or another ingredient of your choice. Then learn to prepare our flag drink: pisco sour - a sweet mixture of lemon, egg, sugar and pisco. At the end of the class, lunch is served on the terrace of Cala, from where you will have a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean while enjoying a typical Peruvian dish of your choice.Includes
