Amazing stay at the Intercontinental Real Lima. The location is perfect with a mall located almost directly across the street and colorful neighborhoods of Barranco nearby. The rooms are new and beautifully decorated. There are a few restaurants on site so you have many options to select from. I opted for room service which was delivered in a reasonable amount and was delicious. Andres was the only standout staff member. Andres remember guests and always made an effort to connect with you. Many of the other staff members seemed disconnected and uninterested in guests. Even with the staff members being a but uninterested in guests, i would still strongly recommend the Intercontinental for its beautiful rooms and location.
Beautiful cliffside ocean view service hotel! 5 restaurants, all amazing! Spa & full wieght room. Nice area! Mall close by. Rooftop with pool. Deep soaking tub with bidet spray. Wonderful 8 nt stay. Gizelle in Concierge is AMAZING! ALL staff were exceptional! Easy check in...Ihg hotel. Here for FISU America games. Still here.
A hotel with an excellent location just steps from the ocean. It is modern and offers several great restaurants. The service from the entire staff was excellent. A special thanks to Andres, the bellman, for his warm welcome and to Flor at breakfast for her outstanding service and kindness. They made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back
A wonderful hotel just steps from the beach, with beautiful rooms offering stunning ocean views. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. There are several excellent restaurants to choose from, and the breakfast buffet is delicious with a wide variety of options. The staff provided outstanding service throughout our stay. I would especially like to recognize Andres, the bellman, who was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. He assisted us with restaurant reservations and made our stay even more enjoyable. He was always welcoming, with a smile on his face and pleasant conversation. Congratulations to the entire team! Please extend my compliments to the management for making such an excellent choice in hiring such outstanding staff.
If I could rate this place higher than 5 stars, I would. It was a short stay before we headed out to see the rest of Peru but it was truly an incredible stay. The rooms are spotless, have so many detailed touches and comfortable beds. The location could not be better, the amenities are fabulous and the staff are phenomenal. Every single staff member we interacted with were nothing but kind, friendly, respectful, welcoming and caring. They all went above and beyond but one staff member who truly went out of his way to greet us, and help us beyond our own expectations was Ruben Botones. Ruben was truly the kindest most thoughtful person I have ever interacted with and we truly appreciated his willingness and kindness to help us. It’s been a while since we stayed but I still haven’t forgotten his thoughtfulness. Thank you Ruben for everything! And for anyone wondering where to stay, definitely choose InterContinental in Miraflores!
