I had a wonderful stay at qema Arequipa! The staff are extremely kind and helpful, the facilities are great - I particularly loved the pool and treehouse! - and there’s also a lot of free events and activities organised by the hotel. Bedrooms and bathrooms were extremely clean and comfortable as well (though a bit cold at night), and I even got a free upgrade to a private room, which was amazing! Insanely good value for money, very close to the city centre…what more could you ask? Thank you for such a great stay!😊
Really enjoyed our stay here, the food was lovely and the pool area is gorgeous. The staff are super friendly, especially Nancy who made us feel really welcome. Would definitely reccomend
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The garden is beautiful, with lots of cozy chill-out spots to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The swimming pool was great as well. In the evening, we especially loved sitting around the campfire
This was a fabulous place to stay! Could not recommend more! We ended up staying a couple extra nights then intended and we were upgrade to an even better room then before (it was such a treat), the staff was so friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and nice! Having the pool and the yard to chill in was a wonderful touch! Would most definitely stay here again! Thank you 😊
Great location, great service. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant is amazing. They have fun events every night. The place is beautiful, especially the garden area. Fairly good WiFi. They have 2 cowork areas and some areas outside where people get work / trip planning / studying done sometimes too. The pool is also nice. I think it is heated at night. The rooms are decent. Clean towels and sheets. Bathroom cleaned once a day. The only downside I can see is that some of the rooms share the bathroom with multiple rooms. They are cheaper for that reason, of course, but still more expensive than other places around. In the end it was worth it for us for the beautiful, cozy vibe, great service, great location and the social events.
