We had an incredible stay at Souma Hotel. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, the rooms are beautiful, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. A special thank you to the team at 27 Tapas Rooftop for making my birthday unforgettable. The food was excellent, the drinks were fantastic, the music was perfect, and the whole evening was one we’ll remember for a long time. The biggest shoutout goes to Silvana, the concierge. She helped me organize everything while I was still in Canada, and when we finally met her in person she was even kinder than I expected. A true professional who genuinely cares about her guests. She made a huge difference to our stay. Thank you, Souma, for such an amazing experience. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Souma. From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail was outstanding. The staff handled everything seamlessly—from arranging our airport transportation to assisting with every detail of our stay. The welcome drinks were a lovely touch, and every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The only issue we experienced was that our room had a sewage odor. We mentioned it to the front desk when we checked out. We didn’t report it sooner because we were only there for two nights and spent most of our time exploring Lima, so we kept forgetting to mention it. We simply wanted to make them aware so they could look into it before the next guests checked into the room. Other than that, everything was excellent. The service truly deserves five stars, and we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable!.
★★★★★ A Perfect Introduction to Peru Our stay at SOUMA Lima, Vignette Collection by IHG was the perfect way to begin our journey through Peru. The location in Miraflores could not have been better. We loved being able to walk along the Malecón, explore the neighborhood, and easily access some of Lima’s best restaurants, parks, and attractions. The ocean views were spectacular and provided a beautiful introduction to the city. The hotel itself feels incredibly stylish and sophisticated without being pretentious. From the moment we arrived, everything felt polished, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms were comfortable, the service was excellent, and the entire property had a relaxed luxury vibe that we really appreciated. One of the biggest highlights was the breakfast buffet. It was outstanding and easily one of the best hotel breakfasts we enjoyed during our trip. The quality, variety, and presentation were exceptional. We also loved the views throughout the property. Whether looking out toward the Pacific or simply enjoying the atmosphere of the hotel, there was always something beautiful to take in. If you’re visiting Lima, especially for the first time, SOUMA is an outstanding choice. It provided the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, walkability, and location, and set the tone for an unforgettable trip to Peru. Highly recommended.
We had the opportunity to dine at Kimo and it was a great experience. They were very accommodating, especially because I had asked for a reservation the day of and they were quick to find availability for me. Once we arrived, the staff was helpful in directing us to the right location (the restaurant was on the 17th floor) and I wanted to give a shout out to Ismael who served us that night. He was friendly, humorous, and attentive. The food itself was delicious and had beautiful presentation.
We had a fantastic time at Souma! The experience offered was absolutely worth it. We enjoyed the pisco sour experience, yoga classes, and the rooftop lounge. Geraldine was a great server during breakfast time, she was extremely attentive to all guests! Cynthia did a great job cleaning our room, and Benjamin was great at the rooftop, constantly ensuring we were catered to. Overall great staff and experience!!
