Stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. Room is very nice with a good location but staff was extremely rude. We had our signs on the door for them to clean, and they didn’t. When we asked them about it, they said that we should not be putting the “come in and clean” sign up. Receptionist was scoffing and huffing at us when asked. Breakfast was pretty good but be warned, the tub is not the cleanest and also floors are very dirty with no slippers.
I Had a wonderful stay at NAIA Apart hotel Miraflores, and Special thanks to Susana and Williams Robles for their exceptional service, kindness, and excellent room maintenance. They were always attentive, helpful, and made sure everything was clean and comfortable throughout my stay. Their hospitality truly made my experience even better. Highly recommend!
Fabulous hotel, we enjoyed our 2 night stay here while traveling Peru. The location is great and the room was lovely and clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially William Robles Bazalarz who went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. He had good English and was so willing to help us find equipment while using the communal kitchen. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Isobel and Thomas Ward
Had a lovely stay at Naia. Great value with breakfast included and a very central location, both for walking and accessing transportation. Staff were friendly and responsive, and the room was spacious and well maintained. The airport transfer service made arrival and departure easy, and I enjoyed a relaxing massage at the spa. The lobby café also had good coffee and snacks. The quirky elevator and limited day-to-day variety in the breakfast buffet for a multi-night stay were the only minor downsides.
