First off let me say when I got there I had misplaced my passport and they went out of their way to guide me on what to do if it was ultimately lost. Thankfully I found it. Great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and welcoming. Showers were great. The restaurant was excellent (taku taku highly recommended). This was a wonderful experience. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Ica.
This was my favorite private room stay in Peru so far. The room has a lovely vintage and retro feel, which made the whole experience very cozy and unique. Communication with the staff was also very smooth and easy — they were always helpful and everything went very well during my stay. Overall, I really loved this place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and charming stay.
This place is really an oasis in an oasis in the desert. Western standards for rooms, beds, utilities and services. Not your typical Peruvian experience, but really refreshing after a long month in the mountains. You can book local trips with them, have a wonderful breakfast and really helpful and friendly staff at your disposal. Covered parking spaces on the grounds which are free for guests.
The best hacienda. The food was great, the people are always smiling and super nice. Definitely want to come again
I found this place a little disappointing. The location is a bit out of the way which can be see as quieter than the main street but also required the need to get a taxi to go everywhere (we walked everywhere in the heat which was not very pleasant) The room was ok however the shower pressure was close to none and the water impossible to go in the middle. It was either scorching hot or cold. The general building is good looking with plenty of old stuff all around and a pool which we didn't use because of the opening hours. Staff was great though, very knowledgeable and friendly.
