Description

Day 1: Arequipa Airport pick-up and transfer to hotel in Arequipa. After checking into the hotel, you will have free time to rest. Around 08:00, you will be collected from your hotel for the tour in the mirabus in the city of Arequipa. This takes about four hours, and the most impressive sights of this city are visited.  In the afternoon around 16:30, you will visit the Monastery of Santa Catalina . Overnight in Arequipa Day 2: Arequipa – Colca Canyon At 08:00 you will be collected from your hotel to travel to the snowy mountain Chachani in VIP transport. (2,325 meters). You will see wild vicunas, alpacas and llamas in the National Reserve of Pampa Cañahu, plus birds such as flamingos, ibis, Andean geese, ducks, eagles and an Andean bird called kara kara. Visit the viewpoint of volcanoes and snowy mountains in Patapampa (4,800 meters). You will reach Chivay (3,600 meters), the capital of the Colca Valley, where you'll have the afternoon to relax . Overnight in Chivay.   Day 3: Colca Canyon- Arequipa Early morning after breakfast (around 06:00), you will leave for a full day excursion on the left side of the canyon, and visit beautiful towns like Yanque and Maca, with colonial churches and friendly people happy to show their traditional embroidered clothing. See hundreds of pre-Inca terraces still used for farm and Andean corn, quinoa, amaranth and others. After a walk of two hours, you'll reach the place you have been waiting  for - La Cruz del Condor. Here you'll see the depth of the wonderful canyon and condors.  You will have free time to explore the lookout. Then you'll return to Arequipa where you'll arrive around 17:00 and transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Arequipa Day 4: Depart Arequipa   After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
