Description
Nazca cannot be appreciated in just one way. It's best understood when you see it from the sky and then look at it again from the desert. This experience is designed to help you make the most of your visit to Nazca far beyond the flight itself, combining a flyover of the Nazca Lines with a ground tour of some of the spots that let you see the geoglyphs from a different perspective. Your day starts early, between 6:30 and 6:50 a.m., with pick-up from your accommodation or previously arranged meeting point in Ica or Huacachina. Once the group has gathered, we'll set off for Nazca in an authorized tourist vehicle. Along the way, you'll cross the desert landscape of the Peruvian coast on your way to one of the most astonishing archaeological sites in the country. We'll arrive at the María Reiche Aerodrome at approximately 9:40 a.m., where preparations will begin for the most anticipated moment of the day. Our team will accompany you throughout the process, guiding you through check-in, helping you follow the relevant instructions, and ensuring that you correctly complete the safety procedures established by the airline. Then, it's time to look up at the desert. You'll board the small plane for an approximately 35-minute flight over the Nazca Lines. From the air, you'll have a privileged view of the enormous designs etched on the desert floor and will be able to appreciate the size and shapes of its famous geoglyphs. It is precisely from the sky that many of these figures take on a completely different perspective. But here, the experience doesn't end when you land. After the flight, we'll continue with a stop at Mom's, where you can enjoy a coffee and take a moment to rest before continuing to explore the area. This break is part of the tour and allows you to relax after the flight before moving on to the next stage. Then we'll change our perspective: from the sky, we'll head back to the desert. We'll visit the Llipata and Nazca vantage points, two spots from which you can see some of the geoglyphs from the ground. This part of the tour complements the flyover and lets you appreciate the surroundings in a different way, gaining a better understanding of how the ancient figures blend into the vast desert landscape. The tour thus combines two ways of discovering the Nazca Lines: first from the air, where you can appreciate their vast dimensions and designs, and then from the ground, visiting vantage points that offer a different view of this archaeological heritage. Throughout the experience, you'll have the support of our team, both in coordinating transfers and during the various stages of the tour, so you can focus on enjoying the experience without having to organize each part of the trip separately.Includes

The flight departs from María Reiche Aerodrome and is subject to the operating and weather conditions of the day. The time of the flyover may vary depending on the airline's schedule, air traffic, and weather conditions. The estimated flight time is approximately 35 minutes. It is recommended to bring an ID document or passport, depending on the airline's requirements. Bring water, sunscreen, a hat, and a light jacket, as temperatures can change during the tour.
