Description

Enjoy a cultural and spiritual experience in the heart of the Andean countryside, far from the hustle and bustle and crowds of Cusco. The adventure begins with a pick-up in the city, from where you’ll set off on a journey of approximately two hours through the beautiful landscapes of the Andes until you reach a peaceful setting, surrounded by majestic mountains. On arrival, you’ll receive a warm welcome and, guided by specialist staff, learn about the cultural and symbolic significance of the ceremony. The ceremonial space will then be prepared, a traditional fire lit, and a purification ritual performed, inspired by ancient Andean customs. The ceremony will continue with a guided meditation, moments of silence and introspection, accompanied by ancestral chants, traditional music and a special connection with the natural surroundings. Throughout the process, you will be accompanied by an experienced guide, who will explain the meaning of each stage and the elements that form part of this tradition. At the end of the ceremony, you’ll have a moment to rest, take in the scenery and quietly reflect on the experience before setting off on the return journey. Finally, we’ll begin the journey back to Cuzco, bringing to a close a day dedicated to learning about ancient Andean traditions, nature, culture and personal reflection.
