Description
Hello, my name is Yaquelin, and we're glad you're part of this beautiful experience.
Our tour begins by picking you up from your hotel and heading along the path of the SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS, arriving at the first point: the Ccorao Vantage Point, a small community that produces natural strawberries.
Continuing the tour, we'll head to the first main point, which is a space dedicated to the protection of wildlife. Each of the animals there tells a different story, including macaws and the majestic Andean condor, among others. You can also feed llamas and alpacas there.
At the end of the tour, we will head to the second vantage point of Taray, from where you can see the agricultural terraces and the ruins of Pisac, and where you can also see the Vilcanota River, also known as the 'Sacred River.'
We will now head to the next stop, the Hummingbird Garden. Along the way, we will pass through the villages of Pisac and Calca until we reach Urubamba, where, if you wish, you can have lunch or continue with the journey.
Upon arrival at the Hummingbird Garden, you'll visit a space dedicated to the protection and conservation of these tiny birds.
There, we can observe different species of hummingbirds, such as the Glittering Hummingbird or Blue Hummingbird and the Kite Hummingbird or Lesbia Long-tailed Hummingbird, among others.
You'll learn about the vital role these birds play in the ecosystem and what factors threaten their survival today.
Finally, we'll make our way back to the city of Cusco, with an estimated drop-off time between 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM.
