Description
We start from Ica towards El Chaco, Paracas.
You'll board a motorboat. Put on your life jackets. Once on the boat, you will see the Candelabro, an interesting geoglyph whose history we will learn about here. It is interesting and contemporary to the Nazca Lines. You will see marine wildlife, such as Humboldt penguins, sea lions, dolphins, guano birds, and many others from this habitat. This trip lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes.
We'll return to the pier and then head to the Paracas National Reserve. You'll see the main beaches and cliffs, and the interesting seabed in the bay. You'll see different beaches, such as the famous Playa La Mina, Playa Roja, and Lagunilla.
The ecosystem is unique in this place. You'll have places to take photos, swim for a while, and relax (bring swimwear), and there will also be a place for you to have lunch.
We'll go to the restaurant area at Lagunilla Beach and visit one recommended for the whole group.

For the group option, pick-up will be from 6:45 AM.
Depending on your location, we will pick up travelers along the route.
In the private option, we will go in a lighter vehicle just for the group. In this case, we will have more flexibility throughout the itinerary. The boat ride here is for 2 hours. You'll have free time to swim at La Mina beach, famous for its geography, and to visit other parts of the peninsula. Pick up starts at 8:30 AM.
Your tour guide will be with you at all times.

(The pick-up time will change to 5:30 AM on dates and holidays such as Easter in April, National Holidays in late July, and New Year's Eve. On these dates, there is usually high demand from local travelers, and it will only be modified in order to complete our itinerary and enjoy the excursion.)

Important Information
- The group excursion will be a 1-hour 30-minute boat ride. We recommend bringing sunscreen and an optional windbreaker because it's very windy in the Reserve.
The private option is a 2-hour trip to the Ballestas Islands with more flexibility and time at the following stops. You'll have time to enjoy La Mina Beach, where you can swim and enjoy the weather.
Both excursions include transportation and pick-up from your hotel.
