Melissa provided an excellent hot stone massage. She asked about pressure a few times throughout the massage. Wonderful experience with her. Only issue I had is with the front desk. My friend and I booked massages together. But after 40 minutes of waiting, we were told that they could only do one of our massages at that location. My friend was kind enough to give me the slot. But it was very disappointing that she could not get her service as booked. Still think it’s worth going but confirm and reconfirm they have the staff to deliver.
I chose the thai deep tissue massage and it was AMAZING. I receive many massages and my deep tissue massage was one of the best massages I've ever had. Mery was my massage therapist and she addressed all that I requested more attention to. The work she did on my shoulders, back and feet made me feel so relaxed and I have no tension anymore! Thank you so much. When I visit cusco again, I'll make sure I come back to see Mery.
I HIGHLY recommend Namaste Plaza Spa. The service on WhatsApp is incredibly fast, friendly and helpful. I explained what I hoped for, and they made recommendations based on that. They will give descriptions of each treatment and how it can be adapted for your needs. Thank you to Nicole for her assistance. It is very easy to book an appointment. Nicole welcomed me on arrival, offering me water or tea for free. I then completed a form where I could request how strong I wanted the massage and on what areas I wanted the therapist to focus. The rooms are relaxing, quiet, comfortable and warm, with low lighting, spa music, and an essential oil diffuser. I felt completely comfortable and safe with the therapist. She gave me privacy to undress and get comfortable. She checked several times if the pressure was okay, if I liked the essential oils. She was excellent. Her name was Maricielo. I recommend asking her for a head massage. I has the Thai Inca mix and it was phenomenal. I wish I could have this treatment weekly. It was the best massage I have had. You get your full hour without it feeling rushed, and you are given time to get ready afterwards. They even supply a hairbrush! There are beautiful bathrooms to use. Again Nicole at the reception was friendly as I paid. I purchased some of the essential oil called Synergy. The therapist gives Nicole a diagram with recommendations for future treatment, without any pressure to book again with them. They understand that people are traveling and moving on. Truly excellent in every aspect. I can't think of how a massage could possibly be any better than this one. I also had an express massage from Issely earlier in the week and it was excellent as well.
After a full month of trekking across South America (the Andes, high altitude, backpack, endless kilometers…), my body was in serious need of help 😅 And then I found this massage salon — honestly, one of the best decisions of my entire trip. Doris Issely is an absolute master. She has an incredible sense of where the tension is, applies exactly the right amount of pressure, and combines true professionalism with genuine care and presence. After just one session, I felt like I had taken an entire month of trekking off my back. My shoulders, legs, and neck finally relaxed. It wasn’t just a massage — it was deep, real recovery. And I must also mention the wonderful receptionist, Maria Paz — so warm, welcoming, and kind. From the first moment, she made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The whole atmosphere of the place is calm, professional, and full of positive energy. If you’re coming back from trekking, long travel, or simply want to give your body the care it deserves — this is the place to go. I walked out feeling lighter, straighter, and completely re-energized. Highly, highly recommended!
The hydrofacial service is excellent!! We were greeted by the gorgeous and polite Ms. MariaPaz who also offered us some tea. Then the facial service itself of Señora Issely was very calming and relaxing. I felt so refreshed after. A must try here in Cusco when you visit. Thank you, Namaste, Ms. MariaPaz and Señora Issely.
