I ran a retreat for 25 people here in Jan 2026. The staff are very kind and attentive and the property is luscious. Mango trees, a lake, and winding paths. I also loved the group room, with its magnificent view over the mountains. Makes a big difference to have the spa, too. I look forward to returning.
This is a wonderful place and I highly recommend it. Wilson and the staff provide excellent service. The rooms are nice and beds are comfortable. The sauna, hot tubs and pools are wonderful as well. The grounds are beautiful, with lots of fruit trees and flowers. The roosters are dogs can be noisy, so earplugs are a good idea.
The lovely Inti Kamari resort is nestled among lush natural surroundings, and is the perfect place to relax, and enjoy the spa, along with a massage. The ambiance at Inti Kamari was further enhanced by the warm hospitality of the owner and staff. They made us feel very welcome, along with our little dog, Betty Sue. Betty Sue went on her very first boat ride on the little lake within the resort. The grounds were alive with various types of chickens wandering freely, as well as ducks near the lake, adding to the charm and tranquility of the place.
We spent two nights mid-week at this beautiful lodge. Our room (and everything else) was extremely clean and very comfortable. The owner and the staff are wonderful, always seeking to make the stay a great experience. We ate all our meals at the lodge and they were very good. I thoroughly enjoyed the heated swimming pools, hot tub and spa. My husband enjoyed lounging in the comfortable chairs in the main lodge (he's not a water guy). What a wonderful, warm experience just a 1 1/2 - 2 hour ride from Cuenca. We'll be back!
We recently stayed at Inti Kamari, me, my husband a a couple that are good friends. The drive from Cuenca is less than two hours. The resort is beautiful, the grounds are well cared for, the rooms are very clean and we were very comfortable. The food was very good. There are two heated pools, and a spa area with a hot tub, cold plunge, steam room, and hydro massage. The staff were very kind and accommodating. We will be returning for more pampering and relaxation!
