Our stay at Casa Andina Premium Arequipa was truly wonderful. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and always eager to make sure that every guest had a pleasant experience. They did their best to accommodate all requests and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a double suite, and the room was simply beautiful. It was spacious, very comfortable, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options and was served in a charming courtyard that created a lovely atmosphere each morning. On colder days, the staff thoughtfully turned on the heaters to ensure guests remained comfortable. Overall, I recommend Casa Andina Premium Arequipa for its hospitality, facilities, and warm atmosphere.
Casa Andina Premium Arequipa exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the Plaza de Armas and many of Arequipa’s top attractions. The hotel itself is stunning, blending historic colonial architecture with modern comfort, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of local and international options. What truly made our stay special was the warm, friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Highly recommended!
Loved this hotel. Great central location and lovely building but the best thing was the staff. Miriam on reception went above and beyond to give us the room which best suited our needs. We had lots of natural light and we could open the window but blackout blinds were available too. The breakfast was varied and included healthy options like oats.
My large group of family and friends stayed at the Casa Andina Premium Arequipa for a wedding in town. I cannot tell you how incredible this place was - the drinks were incredible, the food in the restaurant was delicious, and the service the service the service. The best service I’ve ever experienced in the world. Ricardo at the bar, and JUAN!!! Juan made our stay so special, making us tea, calling restaurants that said they didn’t have space for us, giving us recommendations for any kind of meal or errand. He clearly is a big part of the culture of the hotel, and felt like family by the end. Thank you! We will be back!!
