Criminally underrated spot up in the Cusco hills, near "7 Borreguitos" street. Food was out of this world and the native flavors and ingredients were showcased beautifully. We ordered the trout pavé and grilled lamb with potato aligot, and both dishes tasted sublime. Definitely check it out. Everything is managed by the owner, who opened the place six months ago. The service is already polished, and the vibes are immaculate, so you are in for quite a treat. Also present, was the owner's rescued dog, Ayni, taking a nap by the corner.
What an absolutely amazing restaurant, owner and chef. My favorite thing about traveling is food and culture, and I can’t think of a better restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. The meals were unique. The restaurant is cozy, classy and viby. I could’ve sat there all night speaking with the owner. True 5 star experience.
Food was amazing, the vibe and the wine. We asked for Meuniere Trout and Pavel potato, and both were amazing. One of the best potato based dishes we have tried. Totally recommend them. Best!
Literally the best food I've ever had. It was like being in a fancy restaurant in LA. Everything was run by one person drinks, food decor. The ambiance was excellent. Everything was so fancy and all the food was potatoes. And there was a very cute dog.
Amazing food and great service with incredible attention to details! We felt incredibly welcomed and the food was delicious.
