The farm where today the restaurant 'El Bolivariano' is located is built in the 1780s as a potrerito de pan take, known at that time as 'La Huerta Del Convento', owned by the Parish of the Franciscan Order of the People of La Magdalena Vieja who built the house, monastery and orchard of Magdalena according to the Royal Confirmation of the Site, signed on August 14, 1,557 by the donor of the land, Chief Gonzalo Taulichusco and Father Fray Joan de Aguilera, Commissioner General of the Franciscan Order in Peru, an act where the Viceroy Andrés Hurtado de Mendoza, Márquez de Cañete was present.
