Description
Our adventure begins with pick-up from your hotel in the city of Arequipa.
Day 1.- We pick you up from your hotel at approximately 3:15 AM. We'll then take the tourist transport to the start of the hike. During the transport, we will stop for breakfast and also at the Cruz del Condor vantage point to enjoy the flight of the condor and the beautiful view that this vantage point offers us. We will arrive at the start of the hike at 9:00 AM. From here, we'll begin our descent to the San Juan de Chuccho Valley. In San Juan de Chuccho, we'll have lunch and dinner, and we'll spend the first night.
Day 2.- In the morning, we'll have breakfast in San Juan de Chuccho, and then continue hiking for 3 hours towards the oasis of Sangalle. We'll arrive at the Sangalle Oasis for lunch, then enjoy our hotel with a swimming pool, have dinner, and spend the night at the Sangalle Oasis.
Day 3.- At 5:00 AM, we will begin our ascent, walking for 3 hours from the Sangalle oasis to Cabanaconde. In Cabanaconde, we will have breakfast and then board our tourist transport to continue our return trip to the city of Arequipa. On the way back, we will stop at different attractions, such as the Chacapi hot springs, the volcanoes vantage point, and Toccra Pampa, to see llamas, alpacas, and vicuñas.
Our tour ends two blocks from Plaza de Armas of Arequipa at approximately 5:30 PM.
