Your guide will meet you either at your hotel in Aguas Calientes or at the train station upon arrival. From there, you will take a short scenic bus ride up to Machu Picchu 35 min each way and begin your guided exploration of the most important sectors of the citadel. Circuit 2 is widely recognized as the most complete panoramic route, offering the best classic viewpoints and historical areas.
