Begin your day with a pickup from your hotel in Cusco between 3:00 AM and 3:45 AM. Travel to Cusipata, arriving around 6:00 AM to enjoy breakfast and a brief rest. Continue your journey to the Quelccaya Glacier, a drive of approximately 4 hours. Upon arrival, take a short 15- to 20-minute walk to the glacier. Spend time exploring, taking photos, and learning about the natural history of the area from your guide. Afterward, return to the vehicle and head to the community of Phinaya, where you’ll enjoy a typical local lunch. In the afternoon, begin your return to Cusco, stopping at Sibinacocha Lagoon to admire its landscapes. Arrive back in Cusco around 8:00 PM.
