From Paracas: Islas Blancas Sightseeing Tour by Boat with Marine Fauna Viewing
Enjoy an unforgettable experience exploring the Islas Blancas, one of Paracas' main natural attractions. Itinerary of the experience
12:00 PM / 1:00 PM / 2:00 PM / 3:00 PM – Boarding in Paracas
At the selected time, go to the boarding point at the Paracas cruise port. Once on board, you'll begin a pleasant cruise through Paracas bay towards the Blanca Islands. During the tour, you can enjoy the coastal landscapes and learn more about the natural richness of this area.
First stop – El Candelabro de Paracas
During the cruise, you'll make a stop in front of the famous Paracas Candelabra, a huge geoglyph drawn on the sandy slope of the peninsula. Your tour guide will explain its main features and interesting facts, while you have the opportunity to observe it and take pictures.
Second part – Islas Blanca
You'll continue sailing to the Blanca Islands, an important natural refuge for numerous marine species and birds. Here you can observe large colonies of sea lions resting on the rocks and enjoy their presence in their natural habitat.
You will also have the opportunity to observe Humboldt penguins, as well as a wide variety of guano birds, such as gannets, guanays, and other marine species that inhabit and use the islands as a place to rest and breed.
During the tour, the Spanish-speaking tour guide will provide information about the fauna, the marine ecosystem, and the characteristics of the Islas Blancas, making the cruise an entertaining and educational experience.
Drop-off in Paracas
After exploring the Islas Blancas and enjoying the observation of marine wildlife, you will begin the drop-off to the Paracas cruise port. The full tour takes approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes, depending on sea conditions.
At the end, you will return to the cruise port having enjoyed a unique experience of nature, coastal landscapes, and marine life.
