The cooking menu includes:

  • Starter: Rocoto Relleno – stuffed chili pepper with meat, onions, peas, carrots, peanuts, dried grapes, topped with local cheese and baked.
  • Causa Rellena – potato cake mixed with yellow chili sauce, stuffed with avocado, fish tartare, mayonnaise, and spices.
  • Drink (choose one):
    • Pisco Sour – classic Peruvian cocktail with lime, syrup, and egg whites
    • Passion Fruit Sour – pisco sour variant made with fresh passion fruit juice
    • Non-alcoholic option with Peruvian fruits and honey
  • Main Dish (choose one):
    • Lomo Saltado – beef tenderloin stir-fried with rice, onions, tomato, soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, and native potato fries
