Explore the Isla del Sol and Isla de la Luna on a full-day tour from Copacabana. Start your tour with pickup from the meeting point in Copacabana at 8:00 AM. Head to the pier to board a boat and cross Lake Titicaca to the southern part of Isla del Sol. Visit the archaeological site of Pikokaina, also known as the Temple of the Sun. Next, explore the southern part of Isla del Sol and descend the Inca-era Yumani steps. At the bottom of the steps, find the Fountain of Eternal Youth and the Inca Garden. Return to the pier and take a boat to Challapampa. Visit the Chinkana and the Roca Sagrada, where the sun and the founders of the Andean culture are said to have been born according to mythology. Descend to the pier and take a boat to Isla de la Luna. Explore the archaeological remains of the Temple of the Moon and the House of the Virgins of the Sun. Afterward, board a boat to Copacabana and arrive at around 5:00 PM.
