There is no better way to get to know a country than through its food. On this exciting 3-hour cookery course you will visit a local market to discover the range of ingredients available in Peru, and then return to the kitchen to cook up a 4-course meal.
Peru has an enviable reputation for cuisine and you will be in the company of an expert instructor as you learn to prepare the whole menu.
- Ceviche for the starter
- Either Lomo Saltado (amazing sauteed beef) or Ají de Gallina (Chicken in yellow pepper sauce)- the first participant booked chooses which
- Pisco Sour
- Chocolate fondue with local season fruits
Upon request, the Pisco Sour might be swapped with a fresh fruit juice and the meat replaced by vegetarian options.
