7:30 AM – Historic Cusco & Panoramic Views
Perfect for early risers and altitude acclimatization. Visit Plaza de Armas, Intikijllu (Sun Street), the exterior of Qoricancha (Temple of the Sun), Inca Roca Palace, the Twelve-Angled Stone, San Blas, and finish at a panoramic viewpoint. No food or drink tastings included.
9:45 AM – Market, Fruit Tastings & Ceviche
Discover Cusco's history before visiting San Blas Market. Taste seasonal Andean fruits, learn about native ingredients, enjoy a live Peruvian ceviche demonstration with tasting, and end at a scenic viewpoint overlooking the city.
12:30 PM – Historic Center & Local Flavors
The most complete daytime experience. Explore Cusco's main Inca and colonial landmarks, visit San Blas Market, sample fresh seasonal fruits, enjoy a traditional ceviche demonstration and tasting, and learn about everyday life in Cusco.
3:00 PM – Afternoon History, Ceviche & Pisco Sour

6:00 PM – Evening Walk & Pisco Sour
