Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by our staff, who will guide you aboard a coach that ascends a winding road, offering spectacular views of the Urubamba River and its deep canyon. Once at the mythical Incan citadel, you'll be captivated by its imposing terraces, ancient staircases, and ceremonial sites steeped in history. Important: For the sightseeing tour option without an entry ticket to Machu Picchu included, you must arrange the admission ticket on your own. It is important that you inform us of the exact time of your admission, as the pick-up will be arranged according to that time:
Admission at 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM or 11:00 AM → Pick-up at 4:00 AM
Admission at 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM → Pickup at 5:00 AM
Admission at 1:00 PM → Pick-up at 7:00 AM
Entrance at 2:00 PM or 3:00 PM → Pick-up at 7:30 AM
From May to December, the train goes directly from Cusco to Aguas Calientes, with an approximate duration of 3 hours and 17 minutes. From January to April, the tour is a bimodal service (bus + train) from Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes, with the train taking approximately 1 hour 30 minutes; applies to the Vistadome and Expedition trains

Important Information
- To purchase the admission ticket to Machu Picchu, you must provide the following details: full name, passport number, date of birth and nationality. This information must be sent immediately, as failure to do so could result in the cancellation of the sightseeing tour
Tickets are non-transferable and are only valid for the person who takes the sightseeing tour with the details used in the booking
Timings are approximate. Train and Machu Picchu admission times will be adjusted according to availability at the time of booking. Entry to the citadel is in shifts from 6 am to 2 pm, with a maximum stay of 4 hours
The tour is fixed and may change due to official instructions
It is recommended to book 2 to 3 months in advance to ensure admission to the most popular circuits. In the event that there are no places on circuits 2 or 3, circuit 1 will be assigned
You must have the Machu Picchu Entrance Ticket if you choose the option Without Entrance Included, otherwise we will not be able to confirm your booking
