Description

Embark on an unforgettable journey with our sightseeing tour to the breathtaking Laguna 69, where nature reveals its splendor at every turn. We'll start our journey from Huaraz, heading toward the beautiful Llanganuco Valley, where turquoise lagoons are surrounded by majestic mountains. We'll arrive in Cebollapampa, the starting point of our hike. As we ascend, you'll enjoy spectacular views of the highest peaks in the mountain range, including the majestic Huascarán Sur, the imposing Pisco, and the awe-inspiring Chacraraju. With each step, you'll get closer to the beauty of Laguna 69, an oasis of turquoise waters. ITINERARY: We'll follow the road north through the Callejón de Huaylas to the town of Yungay. We'll stop for breakfast. We'll continue to Cebollapampa, located at 3,900 meters above sea level, where we'll start our hike. It's a one-way hike of 7 kilometers, which takes about 3 hours. We'll have a privileged view of the highest mountains in the range, such as Chacraraju, Pisco, Yanapaccha, and Huascarán Sur. We'll reach an altitude of 4,600 meters above sea level, where Laguna 69 is located. Here, we'll take a 1-hour break to rest, eat, and take photos of the Cordillera Blanca. Then we'll head back to Cebollapampa, walking 7 kilometers for about 2.5 hours more, to get into our vehicle for the return trip. Additional Information: - Departure 5:00 AM and Return 7:00 PM - Difficulty: Moderate - Altitude: 4,600 Meters above sea level. - Hike: 3 hours out and 2.5 hours back. (14 km in total)
