This 4-hour guided street food tour explores Lima’s historic center, combining history, culture, and local gastronomy. You will visit traditional eateries and food carts serving comida al paso—quick, popular street foods enjoyed daily by locals.
Enjoy authentic flavors such as chilcano, creole churros, and anticuchos while learning about Lima’s history, economy, and everyday life in Peru. The tour includes a visit to Lima’s largest market, known for fresh produce and local spices, and Barrio Chino (Chinatown), where Peruvian and Chinese cuisines merge to create chifa dishes.
Along the way, you will see iconic landmarks from the outside, including the Cathedral of Lima, the Government Palace, the San Francisco Basilica with its colonial architecture, and the Plaza de Armas, the center of Lima’s historic district.
