Begin with a convenient hotel pickup in Nazca, followed by transfer to the local airport. Board a small aircraft for a 30-minute flight that allows clear views of the Nazca Lines, including notable figures such as the monkey, hummingbird, and spider.
These geoglyphs, created by the Nazca and Paracas cultures between 500 B.C. and A.D. 500, are best appreciated from the air. During the flight, the pilot provides informative commentary in English or Spanish, explaining the history and significance of the lines.
