Afterwards, you will enjoy an elegant outdoor picnic, with a table specially prepared in the middle of the Andean nature. Each traveler will choose their menu: a fresh and delicious starter, a main course full of Peruvian flavor, and a unique dessert made with local products. Options include causa stuffed with avocado, a fresh vegetable salad from Maras, or a traditional pumpkin cream soup. For the main course, you can choose between lomo saltado with pisco, artisanal pasta with mushrooms from the valley, or local trout with root vegetables. To finish off with a flourish, dessert can be cocoa crepes with seasonal fruits or apple fritters with homemade ice cream.
