Description

Your Nazca Lines flight begins with a pick-up from your hotel or bus station. Please note that the selected time is only referential, as flights rarely depart exactly on schedule due to factors such as weather conditions and operational logistics. Daily departures are arranged by the airlines in random order, with schedules assigned the day before. At check-in, you must present your passport and pay the airport tax and tourist entry fee in cash. You will also be weighed, as strict weight limits apply. If you exceed the permitted weight, you may either pay a penalty fee or, for safety reasons, be reassigned to a different aircraft to maintain proper balance. The flight itself lasts around 35 minutes, during which you will observe 14 world-famous geoglyphs, including some of the most iconic figures. Please be aware that this is a sightseeing experience only; there is no historical explanation provided on board. The pilot’s sole responsibility is to safely operate the aircraft, and he will indicate when to look out for each figure. After your flight, return transfers are not immediate. As these services are shared and run at fixed times, waiting is to be expected. If you prefer not to wait, you will need to arrange a private taxi at your own expense. Please remember that delays are common due to weather and logistics, and while we always strive to deliver the best service, there are circumstances that may be beyond our control. If you plan to arrive directly at the airport with your own vehicle, please inform us several days in advance. It is also essential that you provide us with the correct hotel details and a valid WhatsApp number. We do not check emails, all communication is strictly via WhatsApp. It is each passenger’s responsibility to provide accurate information and to be at the designated meeting point on time. Failure to comply will result in a NO SHOW with no refund. Similarly, if you book a 3:00 pm flight but arrive in Nazca late with a Cruz del Sur bus, no refund will be issued, as transport delays are outside our responsibility. Please also be aware that we handle hundreds of passengers and cannot chase each one individually. If you fail to remain in contact or provide a valid WhatsApp number, we will not take responsibility, and any missed flights will be at your own fault. No refunds will apply. We strongly advise reading all the provided information carefully to avoid any unpleasant surprises later. Lastly, this flight is not recommended for people prone to motion sickness. If you are susceptible, we strongly suggest taking motion sickness tablets before flying to ensure a more comfortable experience. The time selected is only referential; delays are normal and controlled by the tower. Pick-up is 1h before flight. If going direct, check in 1h before. • Please provide us with a valid mobile number so we can contact you via WhatsApp for any changes of your tour departure. Please send us your full hotel/House or Airbnb address so we can pick you up. Pick up and droff off are only available for hotels close to city centre, If your hotel is out of our pick up zone (within nazca), and extra cost of 60 soles must be paid in cash before the tour. Please send your all passport details via email and your personal weight. There is a weight restrictions NO MORE THAN 100 KILOS, if you exceed that permitted weight, you will have to pay an extra seat. NOTE: The departure time are only referential, you must understand that this tour depends on weather conditions. the company reserve the right to change the flight time at any time, if you have plan to travel to Lima or Arequipa, you must take the late bus. If you re arriving to Nazca Nazca by bus, you must tell the exact time of arrival and the name of the company so we can arrange a pick up.
