Tour Description: 4 Ruins City Bike Tour in Cusco & Yunkaypata Valley Duration: 6 hours aprox. Language: English or Spanish Activity Level: Easy to Moderate Group Size: Small group (max. 08 people) Includes: Full Suspension Mountain bike, helmet, gloves, professional guide, support vehicle, water, and entrance fees to the all archaeological incas sites ‍♂️ Itinerary Overview Meet at the office or Plaza de Armas in Cusco at 7:45 a.m. Introduction and safety briefing before the ride begins, we will go to the Plaza de Armas to learn about Cusco’s history, enjoy a brief photo session at Cusco’s Main Square (Plaza de Armas), with the majestic Cathedral, Jesuit Church, and Inca monuments as your backdrop, the perfect way to capture the start of your adventure and take home a beautiful memory. After, we will be riding through the city of Cusco along a safe and dedicated bike lane. Once reaching the district of San Jerónimo, a private vehicle will take us to the breathtaking Yunkaypata Valley, located at 3,850 meters (12,630 ft) above sea level. From there, begin a scenic bike ride surrounded by mountain landscapes, Andean nature, and peaceful countryside. Along the route, visit five major Inca archaeological sites: Inkilltambo, Tambomachay, Puka Pukara, Qenqo, and Sacsayhuamán. Also along the ride, we’ll visit a small Andean villages where locals raise llamas, alpacas, and even vicuñas as part of their traditional way of life. The tour includes a stop of two viewpoints to appreciate the entire city of Cusco, such as the monument of the White Christ and the Church of San Cristobal of Cusco. Ending the experience back at the Plaza de Armas.
