Description

Begin your adventure with a pickup in Arequipa at 1:00 AM. Travel to the trailhead at 5,000 meters and start your hike at 3:00 AM. Reach the base camp at 5,300 meters by 5:00 AM, where you’ll enjoy coca tea and a hot mountain breakfast. Continue your ascent, using crampons and ice axes if conditions allow. Reach the summit at 6,075 meters by 10:00 AM, depending on the weather. Take in breathtaking views of Misti, Ubinas, and the Andean plateau. Descend and return to Arequipa by 5:00 PM. End your day with a brief walk through the historic center of Arequipa, admiring its colonial streets and the beauty of the Plaza de Armas.
