Important Information

• What are the recommendations before the San Pedro Wachuma ceremony? It is very necessary to make a diet at least 1 day before, this means in general terms not to eat meat of any kind and if possible not to have dinner the night before the ceremony, it is only allowed to eat some fruit and drink plenty of water, tea or hot tea without sugar, avoid alcohol and other substances and strong drinks. It is advisable to eat a diet 3 days in advance for a better reception of the drink, meditation and rest the day before the ceremony to avoid movements that generate physical fatigue. All this helps to a better digestion and consequently to a better personal experience, being able to eat food at the end of the ceremony, some fruit and water is recommended before our return to our lodging.
