Description

Your adventure starts early, with a private pick-up from your hotel in Cusco. During the approximately two-and-a-half-hour journey, you'll be able to admire the Andean landscapes as you approach the impressive Vilcanota mountain range. Before starting the tour, we'll stop to enjoy a delicious breakfast in the mountains. Then you'll get a safety briefing and start the most exciting part of the day: the quad bike ride. Crossing trails surrounded by snow-capped mountains, valleys, and small Andean communities, you'll feel the adrenaline of driving through one of the most impressive landscapes in Peru. The quad bike ride lasts about an hour until we reach the starting point of the trail to the Colorful Mountain. From there, we'll start a leisurely walk of about 45 minutes to the Vinicunca viewpoint, located at an altitude of over 5,000 meters. At the top, the Portuguese-speaking guide will explain the mountain's geological formation and its spiritual significance for the Andean people. You'll have free time to take photos and enjoy the natural spectacle of intense colors that make this place one of the most iconic in the country. After the visit, we'll head back to the starting point by quad bike and then grab lunch at a local restaurant, where you can try out some typical Peruvian dishes. Finally, we'll head back to Cusco, wrapping up a private, comfortable experience packed with adventure, nature, and culture.
