Walk through Plaza de Armas, where you'll see the imposing Cathedral while your guide points out architectural details. You'll continue to Plaza San Francisco to observe the Franciscan church. Your experience culminates in the San Pedro de Cusco market with vibrant colors of Andean fruits and vegetables, aromas of fresh herbs and spices, and the sound of vendors touting their products in Quechua and Spanish. Your guide will take you through different sections of the market, explaining Andean ingredients from Cusco and exotic fruits that you've probably never seen.
