Description

The tour begins with pick-up from your accommodation in the historic center of Cusco at 8:30 am. We will head to an artisan community in Chinchero to learn about llama wool processing. Next, we will visit the Maras mines, where our tour guide will explain the salt extraction process and we will have time to take impressive photographs. Next, we will visit Moray, an ancient agricultural laboratory where the Quechua people experimented with crops from different regions. In the afternoon, we will arrive at 'Mountain View,' a hidden corner of the Sacred Valley with majestic landscapes. Here we will enjoy a picnic in a private Andean teepee, with blankets, pom-poms, Andean cushions, and breathtaking views. We offer two options: Picnic Option 1: a selection of fruits, cheeses, and wines + outdoor painting. Picnic Option 2: 3-course lunch (starter, main course, dessert, and fruit water) + outdoor painting. Finally, we will return to your hotel in Cusco in a comfortable vehicle.
