Coffee and Chocolate Tour in the Quillabamba Valley, Cusco Experience the authentic life of a community of coffee and chocolate growers We're a community of organic coffee and cocoa producers in Huayopata, Quillabamba Valley, Cusco. We grow sustainably, preserving our traditions and sharing the true taste of Peruvian coffee and chocolate with the world. We invite you to get to know our work up close, from harvest to cup, and to enjoy a unique experience in contact with nature and the culture of coffee and cocoa. Option 1: 1-Day Tour What will you get out of this experience? ✅ You'll get to know our farm and the producers who grow coffee and cocoa the traditional way. ✅ You'll learn about the whole process: from planting to harvesting. ✅ You'll participate in the selection and transformation of coffee and cocoa (fermentation, drying, and roasting). ✅ You'll enjoy a coffee tasting with different brewing methods. ✅ You'll taste our handmade chocolate. ✅ You'll have lunch with fresh, local produce from the community. Your itinerary: 7:00 AM - Departure from Cusco (optional) 10:00 AM - Arrive at the farm and get a welcome with coffee or chocolate 10:30 AM - Plantation tour and harvest (depending on the season) 12:00 PM - Lunch with community products 1:30 PM - Coffee and cocoa process: roasting and artisanal grinding 3:30 PM - Coffee and chocolate tasting 5:00 PM - Head back to Cusco or Quillabamba Why choose this experience?
