Description

Itinerary – Rainbow Mountain Tour Our tour starts super early, with a pick-up from your hotel between 4:00 and 5:00 a.m., as long as it's near Cusco's historic center. (Just so you know, the exact pick-up time might change depending on where your hotel or place to stay is.) We'll head south of Cusco toward the town of Cusipata, where we'll make our first stop to enjoy a delicious breakfast. Afterward, we'll continue along the road until we reach the parking area, the starting point of our hike. Before we start, our guide will give you a quick orientation with all the info you need to enjoy the experience safely. We'll then start a 1-hour hike (approximately) to reach the summit of Rainbow Mountain. Once there, you'll have free time to explore, take photos, and admire the stunning landscape while our guide explains the geological formation and cultural significance of the area. Afterward, we'll hike back down to the parking area to board our transportation to Cusipata, where we'll enjoy a well-deserved lunch. Finally, we'll head back to Cusco, arriving around 5:30 p.m.
