Description

Embark on a thrilling ATV adventure to the Rainbow Mountain. Start your day with a pickup from your accommodation in Cusco, from 4:00am to 4:30 am. After a 2-hour drive, stop in Cusipata for breakfast and to purchase water or snacks for the adventure. After breakfast, travel for another hour to the starting point, at 4,890 meters above sea level. From there, the ATV tour begins for about 25 minutes to reach the foothills of the Red Valley. Appreciate the beautiful and unique landscape of the Red Valley. After finishing the ATV route, take a 30- minutes aproximately walk into the Red Valley on the way to Color Mountain for a distance of 1 kilometer to appreciate the beautiful colors of Rainbow Mountain. Reach the highest peak of the entire trajectory of 5200 meters above sea level. Have free time of 40 minutes to take the best photos. At the end of the indicated time, return along the same path towards the Red Valley and then to the ATVs. Return on the ATVs to the starting point to take the bus back to Cusipata for a traditional lunch. After lunch, return to Cusco at 17:30 p.m. for drop-off two blocks far from the main square.

• Pick-up from accommodation in Cusco between 4:00 am and 4:30 am. Return to Cusco approximately at 17:30 pm The tour starts at an altitude of 4,890 meters above sea level. The highest peak reached will be 5,200 meters above sea level. A moderate level of fitness is required.
