Description
-6:00 am: We will meet at the Plaza de Armas, where the bus will be ready to start our trip to Sacsamarca, a cattle district south of Ayacucho.
-Journey: The trip will take between four and five hours. We will make a stop in the town of Condorccocha, where you can rest and have breakfast on your own. Then we will make a brief stop in Huanca Sancos, where those who do not have a picnic can buy something for lunch.
Arrival at Pachapupum Volcano: Upon arrival, we will explore this impressive cone-shaped natural monument. We will climb stairs formed by erosion until we reach the top of the crater, where you can see an opening of 10 meters in diameter, with boiling water inside due to the heat of the earth.
-Mineral waters: A few steps away from the crater, you will find natural wells with waters rich in minerals such as salt and sulfur, so don't forget your bathing suit for a refreshing swim!
Lunch and return: After a well-deserved lunch break, we will start our return trip to Ayacucho, with an estimated arrival at 8:00 pm.
