Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu town), the agency staff will be waiting for you to give you all the instructions, then go to the bus station where you will board the bus that takes a zigzag route to the mountain where the majestic citadel of Machu Picchu is located (30-minute bus trip). Upon getting off the bus you will go to the entrance of Machu Picchu, where you must present the tickets and respective identification documents.
