Important Information

  • Manu National Park involves jungle hikes, sometimes on uneven terrain and in hot, humid weather. Make sure you're in good shape for this kind of activity. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, check with your doctor before booking. Bring a basic first aid kit with personal medications, insect repellent, sunscreen, and any other items you might need. We recommend considering the following timeframe: * Dry season (May to October): This is the best time to visit the park, as there's less rain and the rivers are lower, making it easier to observe the wildlife. * Rainy season (November to April): During this time, rains are more frequent and can make some activities difficult. Respect: It's essential to respect nature and local communities during your visit to Manu. Don't leave a trace, don't feed the animals, and follow the guides' instructions.
