Description

Please choose your option carefully before booking. ATV to the red valley and hike to the rainbow mountain with meals. We will pick you up from your hotel or Airbnb, as agreed the day before your trip, and start a 2 hour drive to the village of Cusipata. You can take advantage of this time to sleep. Upon arrival to the village of Cusipata, we will enjoy a delicious breakfast, board the transportation for 1 hour and 20 minutes to the base of the ATVs. Before boarding the ATVs, our guide will give you instructions. Then, we will drive the ATVs for 40 minutes through the Red Valley. Afterwards, we will walk for 30 minutes to visit Rainbow Mountain, take souvenir pictures and receive an explanation of the place. We will then walk back to the ATV base for 30 minutes. We will return on the ATVs to the transportation station and then go to Cusipata restaurant for lunch. Finally, we will return to Cusco and finish in Regocijo Square. ✔️ 3 AM to 4 AM hotel pick up 1: Rainbow Mountain on ATV. We pick you up from your hotel or Airbnb in Cusco. Then, we will travel for two hours to the village of Cusipata, we will enjoy a light breakfast, perfect to start the day off right and have lots of energy in the Peruvian Andes. (The 8:30 a.m. group will have lunch here before going to the mountain) After breakfast we will board our transportation to continue our two-hour trip to the ATV station. Our guide will give us the necessary instructions to start this ATV adventure. We will drive the ATV for 25 minutes to the base, feeling the adrenaline and observing Andean animals (alpacas, llamas and local birds). We will walk for five minutes to reach the Arco Iris mountain, at an altitude of 5,000 meters. If you wish, you can climb up to the lookout point, located at an altitude of 5,075 m. At Rainbow Mountain, you will have 40 minutes to take the best pictures. After visiting Rainbow Mountain, we will walk five minutes to reach the ATVs. We will board the ATVs and drive 25 minutes to the transportation station. We will return to Cusipata, where a delicious lunch with several options awaits us. We will have one hour for lunch. After lunch, we will return to Cusco. ✔️ 3:00 hotel pick up ✔️ 4:00 hotel pick up ✔️ 6:00 hotel pick up ✔️ 8:30 does not include hotel pickup or breakfast. 2: Visit Rainbow Mountain on foot without ATVs Your day begins with pickup in Cusco between 4:10 and 5:10 a.m. Get ready for our excursion into the picturesque Andean highlands. After breakfast, we'll drive for an hour to the Rainbow Mountain entrance. The hike begins at 4,700 meters above sea level and gradually ascends to the summit at 5,100 meters above sea level. The hike will take approximately 1 hour round trip to reach the mountain. If the weather is sunny and clear, you will be able to stay for approximately 40 minutes, which is enough time to see Rainbow Mountain. We will return to Cusipata to enjoy a buffet lunch. We will begin our return trip to Cusco, arriving around 4:00 p.m.

• Important information: Passengers booking the quad bike tour to Rainbow Mountain should note that travel agencies do not operate the tour directly. It is managed by the residents of Chiliwani, who own Rainbow Mountain, and travel agencies only make reservations based on availability. We appreciate your understanding. However, we are operators of Option 2, which is the Red Valley and Rainbow Mountain on quads.
