Description

Cusco Ausangate Tour Siete Lagunas is a new natural attraction located southeast of the city of Cusco where you can admire and visit the lakes at the foot of the majestic Mount Ausangate. We can also admire the beautiful landscapes, mountains, flora, and fauna of this place. The names of the seven lakes of Ausangate, Cusco are Lake Superior, Lake Otorongo Hombre, Lake Otorongo, Lake Rojo, Lake Ccomer, Laguna Azul, and Lake Alqa. On this tour, we have the opportunity to visit the community settlement of Pakanta and its hot springs. Itinerary: We will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco at 4:00 AM (hotels located within the historic center) and we will continue driving to the town of Pacchanta, where we will have a refreshing breakfast. Next, we will begin our walk from the town of Pacchanta and after 2 hours of walking, we arrive at a viewpoint from where you can see the 7 lagoons of Ausangate. Then we will walk for another 3 hours visiting most of the 7 lagoons to finally reach the starting point of the town of Pacchanta (where we will enjoy a delicious lunch). Finally, we return to the city of Cusco. Arrival time, 6:00 PM near the main square.
