Description
Itinerary
We will meet at 17:40 in downtown Cusco to board the minibus that will take us to the Planetarium, located less than 20 minutes from the city.
Upon arrival, we will enter one of the most original observatories in the world. We will begin with an enriching talk in the interpretation rooms, where we will learn how the Incas understood the universe and their connection with the stars.
Then, we will enjoy a virtual projection of the night sky in the planetarium dome, where we will see the constellations as they were interpreted by the Inca civilization.
Later, weather permitting, we will use professional telescopes to observe the stars in detail, an experience that combines science, history and wonder.
We will end this fascinating activity with the return to Cusco, scheduled for 7:40 PM.
