Description

After a night trip, you'll arrive at the picturesque village of Huancaya, surrounded by mountains, turquoise lagoons, and an atmosphere of peace that you can feel everywhere. We'll kick off the day with a typical breakfast at a local restaurant before heading on a hike to the Cabracancha waterfalls and the colonial Calicanto bridge, an architectural gem that still has its original charm. Then, we'll head to the Carhuayno viewpoint, where you can see the valley's famous water mirrors—a perfect postcard view. Later, we'll hike to the Huallhua lagoon, where we'll enjoy a boat ride among mountains, waterfalls, and crystal-clear waters, an ideal moment to connect with nature. Back in town, we'll check out the main square and, if it's open, the small local museum. Later, we'll enjoy a Huancayo lunch packed with flavor and tradition. On the way back to Lima, we'll make a photo stop at the beautiful Piquecocha lagoon and, if time allows, enjoy a quick tasting of Andean macerates and nectars. You'll get to Lima around 11:00 PM.
